    • 10 POUNDS WILD ALASKAN FRESH HALIBUT

    • Approximately 10-30 Individually vacuum sealed portions.
    • We ship in a styrofoam box with ice packs. 
    • Should be refrigerated or frozen upon receipt.
    • Orders are shipped every Wednesday morning (Alaska Standard Time) to arrive on Thursday.
    • Orders placed on Wednesday will ship the following week to arrive the day after... in other words, will arrive next Thursday.

    Sometimes packages do not arrive solidly frozen. As long as they are cold to the touch, slightly thawed sealed portions may be safely refrozen with no perceptible loss of quality or nutritional value.
